A Southern California native, Marshal has earned his stripes in the world of Independent Films. Formally trained in Stanislavski's Method, Marshal further added to his craft studying with renowned San Francisco Method instructor Jean Shelton, Hollywood legends Jeff Corey, Charles Conrad, and studying Meisner Technique with Wayne Dvorak. Over the years Marshal has embraced many different creative concepts looking for “truth in performance” and has become of fan of David Mamet’s Practical Aesthetics.

As Marshal puts it, "Theres no one perfect method to acting, digging into a character. A vivid imagination and full commitment in believing the creative fantasy is essential. You have to believe. The writer gives you words and you grab a tool and start digging. Some tools work for some things and not for others. Directors work in different ways. You have to be flexible in different languages of performance. The key is to make sure you have a tool that works and then use it, honestly"

With close to 50 films to his credit, the former FOX Series Regular on the #1 Rated Fox Kids Show Beetleborgs Metallix, Marshal has been steadily working since his self imposed seven year hiatus from Hollywood after the show went into syndication. Since his return to Acting in 2006, he’s been a consistent presence in the Indi Film world appearing in 33 Feature Films in Leading and Supporting Roles.
